We ship worldwide from Los Angeles! Our shipment will be sent via USPS.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP OUT MY ORDER?
We try our best to ship asap. In general, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order unless indicated otherwise on the product page.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
For U.S. domestic shipments, please expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days of shipped date depending on your location. (Please allow some delays due to the pandemic.)
For all international shipments, please expect to receive your order within 7-14 business days of shipped date. However, bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Please note that AYA collectives is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays. In situations like this, please directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is shipped out, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM FEES?
Custom duties/taxes/charges can be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Please note that AYA collectives is not responsible for these charges and we are not aware of what these charges, if applicable, would be for each destination country. We recommend that you contact your local custom office for this matter.
WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY?
For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees, AYA collectives does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent again, please note that you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM IN MY SHIPMENT?
If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
WILL YOU REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES IF I RETURN MY ORDER?
We accept returns, however, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees unless products you received are defective or damaged. If you do wish to process your return, please note you will incur all costs related to the shipping of returning your goods.
